Alerted to motion, but no video for 3 incidents

I have 3 incidents where I have entry’s in my log files of human activity, but no video, despite a video icon present. I launch the video, it attempts to play, then errors out with err no video. Any help for possible cause will be most helpful

Hi Jeremy,

After you enabled the cloud service (either a free trial or a paid subscription) on the Vacos camera, the camera will begin to upload videos clip for the notifications of human activity. This upload may sometimes fail if the camera’s network connection is not stable (it won’t try to re-upload if failed).
Therefore, please check if your camera has the cloud service (see below picture), and check if you can see the live video from the camera fluently.


Besides, you can also refresh the screen of notification messages to have a try. See below picture:
