I’m getting quick flashes of a gray screen on live video and transferring to recorded video on device storage. Router is less than 4ft away with an outside wall in between.

The gray screen issue is not frequently reported by other users. Is it possible for you to take a short video and show it here? (You can attach a Youtube link in your reply here)
Also, does the issue happen all the time and just in some specific conditions? This will help us to locate the cause of it.
